Pytanie #1:
Obviously He spoke also Latin (talked to Pontius Pilate) and Greek. But were the Scriptures (Letters, Gospels, etc) written in Greek? Or that is a con job done by the Primitive Church in Rome (after the dead of Paul, when "ravenous wolves" would enter the Congregation), which translated the original Scriptures into Greek, because Latin would eventually die? It's peculiar, but the one responsible for this arrangement was actually a person whose name was Origenes (Original?). This action - although not known to them - precluded them from being forgotten (in Latin, who no one else spoke beyond the Church) and used a language that would be embedded into German, English. This way "even the bad works for the Good".
(Zephaniah 3:9) " For then will I turn to the peoples of a pure language, that they may all call upon the name of Jehovah, to serve him with one consent." Then came Greek hoyne, a mirror of Hebrew. Afterwards, vowels were added; as it was promised. Then Hebrew was spoken in 1948. (Matthew 5:18) "For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled." Isn't it fantastic?

Please share with me some of the books and authors that inspire you, that move you, that give you perspective.
I've been struggling to find books to distract and to encourage a person with depression. Any good read is a distraction but I've been aiming at offering books with a little more than a cutesy or funny story.I would like to offer him books with interesting, perhaps moving, perspectives on pain, struggle, survival, happiness, peace or any subject that might be of help to the person.
I am completely over the self-help books.I've read so many and I think they are an insult to the person's intelligence. I am mostly focusing on non-fiction.I am not a very accomplished reader, beyond Dostoevsky,Kafka,Nietzsche,Trotsky and other dead Russians and Germans, I don't know anything.
So I come to you for ideas and suggestions. Both fiction and non-fiction work.I just want to find some stories or ideas that can give a bit of hope or an interesting perspective.I don't want to cure depression through reading.Just something that could contribute in a small way to win his daily battle.Books on any discipline, philosophy or philosopher, history, a novel, a memoir, anything with substance. It doesn't have to be a happy story, even if its hard to read,I want it to be a worthy read.
*I know someone will but if you really want to help me,please don't say the Bible.
Thanks!
Pytanie #3:
Now, I know some Christians do crazy things. I just want to point something out.
I have seen many people use the crusades, witch hunts, many things of the like as ammo against Christianity. Although it is not correct to do this. Its like blaming the Germans for Hitlers actions. Or blaming white people for enslaving African Americans. We are not reasonable for our ancestors actions.
Your average Christian is a good person. Levels of faith vary, but most are more or less very good people with no ill intent. They just want to live their lives and go to their afterlife happily. Of course there are also the bad ones, which are also numerous. But of course the fact that there are many more Christians then atheists is a factor in this.
I have seen many people that are not Christian, (mostly atheists...mostly atheists here guys!) stereotype and judge Christians in this unfair way. So some Christians may be ignorant about their bible. So what? I'm sure atheists are ignorant about something important too. May it be races, laws, science, philosophy, artwork...everyone is ignorant of something.
Some Christians discard the old testament all together. Which is quite frankly a good choice in terms of fairness. Even if it is full of mistranslations.
Some Christians have never touched a bible. Can't blame them. Not everyone needs to be a scholar!
Now of course, many Christians misjudge atheists as well. Thinking they all hate Christianity, religion, and worship science or something. But its the same thing as atheists misjudging Christianity. Difference in beliefs causes avoidance of another persons beliefs and opinions, also causing them to become parrots, screaming what they have heard.
So, atheists, do you think you misjudge Christians some times? Same with you Christians. Actually, all religions and beliefs. Do you accept the fact that you have done this in one point in your life?
Talkin' to a agnostic hybrid here buddy. I don't care enough.

I have a 2 year old German Shepard, Rottweiler and Chow Chow mix, He loves doing his job of guarding the house which I love him doing, He is taking it to the extrema, We where staying at someones house to house sit and dog sit at the same time. Well the owners came home after 3 days and my 2 year old mix charges at the lady who just opened the door and almost bit her arm and knocked her down, she is about 6 feet tall and he almost had her, if she didn't lift up her arms like she did he would have had her, We did punish him for what he did but he was doing his job which she does understand but it surprised her and us. He has never done that usually he runs up to them and licks them to death, But never jumps and tries to bite the person and he has known her for about 1 1/2 years, she is a good friend of mine, She said she was happy he was there and did his job well but I am kind of scared because he could have gotten her and pulled her right to the grown-ed. Please need some advice looking for a trainer as I write this. Thanks.
He was in the house when he did this. He was laying down then got up as soon as the door opened. he only goes on a cable to use the restroom.
Well Moof you asked how did we punish him, the first thing we did is we told him no when he was jumping, then we made him lay on the sofa till everyone was in the house then we let him sniff everyone which he did fine after word.
Trust me he has learned that No is a bad word and he doesn't suppose to have a no. Only good dog or good titan.

Hi. We are in Texas visiting my aunt and my cousin. This is my first time meeting my cousin's one-year old Salt and Pepper Schnauzer. Her name is Lola, and she's a great dog according to my cousin and her husband, as well as my aunt and uncle. She's playful, sweet, loving and loyal, and above all, friendly.
I have had a couple dogs in my life, and I can assure you that none of them have displayed any negative behavior to me directly. (Well, except for a German Shepard biting me when I was a toddler. Anyways.)
I looked at her, and she looked at me for about ten seconds. I stood up straight and made direct eye contact. After the ten seconds was over, she went completely beserk. She was barking, growling, and jumping all over the place.
My cousin was in the room, crying to get her in control. ("Lola! Lola! Calm down! NO!") After that, she has seen me, followed me, and then the same whole ordeal has happened. Last night she followed me into my bedroom and did a war-dance, barking and growling the whole time. It completely freaked me out.
As far as I know, she's fine with kids.
I'm the first red-haired person she's met.
She likes everyone else in the house.
Also, this morning, my cousin and her husband left and Lola let me pet her, talk to her, etc. She didn't bark or growl at all.
We're puzzled! Please help us. Thanks so much!

Pytanie #9:
I've chosen not to listen to any of the hateful rhetoric being fanned by either side.
On the right you have people saying that all Muslims are crazed psychotic maniacs and that every Mosque in the world is a breeding ground for terrorism. I know only a few right wingers believe this, but its still disturbing. Fact is, the vast majority of Muslims are good, peace-loving people. Do you know how tough it must be to be a Muslim in post 9/11 America? It's gotta suck! Have a little compassion, people. They didn't come to this country to get persecuted.
But on the other side the left is claiming, "so sorry your family was slaughtered in the name of Islam, but if you don't fall in love with the fact that they get to build a shrine to that religion right where your family died, you're a hate mongoring bigot." You b*stards wouldn't know tolerance if it bit you in the *ss. OF COURSE THERE'S GONNA BE HARD FEELINGS. And also, saying "its an Islamic community center about two blocks away from ground zero" is splitting hairs and you know it.
How can people be this insensitive on an issue like this? Propoganda is NOT what we need, yet inevitably both sides seek to exploit these feelings to use to their advantage in November. Disgusting.
Personally, I think the mosque is a terrible idea. If they really are trying to prove a point by showing America that they are good people, trying to reach out to us when we should be reaching out to them, that's an amazing and beautiful message, and more power to them. And that's coming from a Christian.
But this is NOT a good way to start reaching out in love, in my opinion. You can't start breaking down barriers without first respecting those you are trying to reach. If people this offended by the issue, then the respectful and loving thing to do is to move the mosque. It doesn't matter if YOU feel you're not being offensive. The families of the victims feel humiliated and provoked. It doesn't matter if you think that's ridiculous (which it's not), because that's the way things are. If you're trying to reach out to someone, their feelings supercede yours. Just because you HAVE the right to do something, doesn't mean its the right thing to do.
Not all Germans are Nazis. In fact, most of them are undoubtedly good people, too. But would it be okay to open up a German community center outside Auschwitz? Hell no, it wouldn't be! If the Jews didn't like that idea, would that make them bigots?
Even the Pope removed a Catholic center from Auschwitz, because the Jews didn't like it there and he respected the people who suffered there. (I'm not Catholic, but that's what any good person should do in that situation, I believe.)
Just because I don't support this Mosque does not mean I hate Muslims. As a Christian, I believe it is my duty to reach out to Muslims through love. In fact, I should do that as an American. But that doesn't mean I'll be tolerant of something inflamatory like this.
This is from a 17 year old's perspective. What's yours? And please be respectful. This is a really touchy issue on both sides.
obviously I'm not claiming that all right wingers are Islamaphobes are all left wingers are spitting on the 9/11 victims. Just a few outspoken ones. If you don't feel like this, then you don't fit into my description, which means I'm not insulting you.
Also, I'm not saying that Islam is a beautiful or peaceful religion. It's not. Just some of its followers are. Doesn't really make sense but oh well lol

To me they are twins... twin brothers birthed by the devil!
I'm thinking about how George Washington(and the rest of America) was crying, whining and demanding his country's freedom from Great Britain... while he's demanding a slave(African-American & Indians), someone who was considered 3/5ths of a person, to clip his toe nails. People during those times tortured these slaves, and if you didn't know... torturing is worst than killing!
Here's a quote by the President George Washington: ”I can only say that no man living wishes more sincerely than I do to see the abolition of (slavery)… But when slaves who are happy & content to remain with their present masters, are tampered with & seduced to leave them… it introduces more evils than it can cure."
He wishes to see the abolition of slavery, but by 1786 he owned TWO-HUNDRED & SIXTEEN slaves. It's so hilarious how when I learned about the American Revolution, the teachers tried to pass of King George III as an evil person LMAO!
Germans had a dislike of Jews overall in Germany, if not, they would have killed Hitler before War commenced. Just like, how the majority of Americans thought Slavery was right... the majority of Germans thought Jews should be dead. Adolf Hitler followed his country's wishes and coincidentally... he wished of the same.
At the end of the day, I view Hilter and GW in the same light(or shall I say darkness?). They're both children from the most accursed man in this world... THE DEVIL!
I rather be killed than be tortured and not knowing what your future entails.
If I were trolling, do you think I would write so much and be as detailed? I wouldn't have spent time trying to find ways how GW and Hitler are comparable.

I visited a dermatologist for my acne scars and the only thing he recommended a very expensive laser procedure. I think have all the four different scars(boxcar, ice pick, hypertrophic and rolling) on my cheeks and back. Since reviews of my dermatologists suggest that he tends to push the laser for the hefty sum he'll make of it, so I thought I'd try some other stuff. My sister seems to think Accutane will eventually fade scars, even though it is for acne. And another person recommended Panoxyl to be effective for scars, as well as a German medicine called "Calendumed-Salbe". Any thoughts on these medications, I'm not quite sure if they'll help, could any body verify? Or please recommend any other medication, or remedy please. Thanks!

I have a GSD, I'd like to say I trained her very well.
Things like being calm, walking in a heel, not running out of her yard, she doesnt bark at people or dogs walking down the road whether shes at the window or inside, & knows some pretty impressive commands/behaviors. Just things like that you're proud of or impressed by.
This is probably my first -real- dog. As a kid, you dont really know much about training, education, etc. So when I got this dog 4 years ago as a puppy, I really tried hard to mold a really good clay.
Granted, not everyting went perfect. Shes not very dog - person socialized, I live rural and people around here are very "self reliant", and also have pretty aggressive dogs. No thanks. Not many people come over and I dont consider myself to have an awful lot of friends.
Anywho, I was roaming around the pet store and there was a German Shepherd in the front window. I would never buy from a pet store, I know better. But I had time to waste and so I took it out into the pen where you meet the dog.
This dog was all over the place, biting hands, purses, hair, barking, pulling on the leash, peeing. And I thouht to my self .. oh my god, what is it going to be like when my dog passes on and I evetually get a new dog? It's like you get use to things going so smoothly and then you have to start all over.
Well It could account for older dogs as well, say from a rescue or shelter. It's just the adjusting to the dog not yet knowing/understanding, or even never having the same concept for things as maybe a older dog you had did.

These are the things that I have learned.
During all police investigations it will be necessary to visit a strip club at least once.
If being chased through town, you can usually take cover in a passing St. Patrick's Day parade - at any time of the year.
All beds have special L-shaped cover sheets which reach up to the armpit level on a woman but only to waist level on the man lying beside her.
All grocery shopping bags contain at least one stick of French Bread.

Pytanie #29:
YES, this is ridiculously long. I'm sorry . . . I wish I could sum up my situation in one paragraph, but I really can't.
Where do I start? Last week, he told me that if I learnt a particular song on the piano, he'd pay me $50. I spent hours upon hours practicing it (along with four others which also took hours to compose by ear) and when I finally performed them for him, he said "That's not worth $50. That's not worth $5." The night before, he tried to convince me that he's not my real Dad and that my biological one is infact an unemployed drunk. It was only when he had reduced me to tears that he said he was only kidding, but that's not the first time he's said that to me.
Every time I visit him, he lectures me about how my Mum cheated on him for their entire Marriage and how he saw her current Boyfriend secretly visit her when he was at work (which is, might I add, a complete load of sh*t because they hadn't even started dating until a few years ago when my parents were separate, and I *know* that my Mum wouldn't do that). He is finding it easier to accept the fact that my Mum left him for someone else rather than that my Mum would rather live as a single parent with three kids than live with him. He looks and looks for "proof" that my Mum cheated and whatever the hell else he wants to hold up against her to make him look like an innocent Mother Theresa who got screwed over. In 2006, we discovered a brick had been thrown through our car window and my Dad is convinced that it was thrown by my Mum's Partners ex-Wife but firstly; we don't even know who the hell she is, secondly; she doesn't know who the hell we are and thirdly; she couldn't have possibly even known where we lived! It's a bit more complicated than that but either way, it's just illogical. He is JUST like his paranoid, nutcase Mum who makes up all kids of scenarios in her head and is barely clinging onto reality. He absolutely *hates* my Mum and has it in his head that my sisters and I are "evil" like her. My Mum (and her Partner) have done nothing to get on his bad side. They are both very reasonable people. My Dad's parents are German and Irish and from the start, disliked my Mum because she was mixed with Olive skin (both my parents admitted this by the way!). My Dad has tried to convince me that I have AFRICAN in my blood, which is no-doubt what my racist Nanna has brainwashed him into thinking. If you saw me, you'd see that it's blatantly obvious that I'm not black, but there's no getting through to him. He says he's not racist but who is he kidding?!
I have tried for YEARS to help my Dad in every way possible, but I'm getting nowhere. His house is tidy but it's not CLEAN. I have tried cleaning the whole damned thing for him numerous times and he just gets it dirty again. He barely eats at all and works 12-hour work days most days . . . he looks like he could just drop dead right there. He won't seek professional help because he thinks that Psychiatrists just want your money (typical Dad) and in his mind, he's fine and everyone else are crazy people. I feel like he's just completely incapable of love, and I find it so incredibly hard to even TRY to spend time with him. I'm not even sure if I love him, which feels terrible seeing as though he's my DAD. I was supposed to stay over at his house tonight but I had to leave because I was that fed up with his rubbish. I know I'm coming across as b*tchy by sharing so much with you but the only reason was to provide some examples so you could get an idea of what type of person he is.
The whole reason why I'm writing this is because Father's Day is coming up and I don't even know what to do. Do I get him a present? Do I write him a card? Does he even DESERVE this? He hasn't been much of a Father to us girls (come on, he DISOWNED me) so why should I even bother? I don't want to hurt his feelings though, but part of me just wants to completely cut off all contact with him forever.

boys name: Tybalt is pronounced TIH-bult and it means brave people in German and has never been in the top 1000 boys names.
girls name: Ananda means bliss/happiness and Sanskrit and has also never been in the top 1000 girls names.
Here are the questions:
1. What is your opinion on these names?
2. What would be good nicknames and/or middle names for these names?
3. Which would you use to describe:
i. dislike it, ii. not bad, iii. ok iv. like it, v. love it
4. What kind of person do these names put to mind?
5. Do you know anyone with these names? (description if yes)
6. Any stories/history you have on these names.
By the way, these aren't my favorite names, they're completely random.
Thanks!!
I would really appreciate if all of the questions were answered, and thanks so much to those who DID answer them.
Since some people apparently need this written out more clearly for them: THESE NAMES ARE RANDOM. THEY ARE NOT NAMES THAT I LIKE, OR PLAN ON EVER USING.
ahem, lol. I'm just getting opinions on random, unique names for a potential baby book and/or baby blog.
Also, the VAST majority of people are asked how to pronounce their name. Elena (or in my case, Alena) is a perfectly acceptable name but I'm frequently asked how it's pronounced. Once they hear it, people always say that it's a pretty or cool name. The only way people could avoid having people ask how their name was pronounced was if everyone was name Bob, Will, Sam, John, Katie, Beth, and Tammy, simple names along those lines.
Anyway, thanks again for answering :)
Sorry, one more thing, Tybalt is a Shakesperean name from Romeo and Juliet, so if you've never heard it, you've apparently never been in high school, seeing as the majority of high schools have you read the play. Second of all, I hate made up names, there are thousands of real names that people rarely ever use so it would be silly and pointless to make one up. Thanks again :)

Okay, I am 13, and I am bi-racial (Half German, half African-American) and it annoys me SO much when people call me black just because of my skin tone. I don't have a single thing against black people. It's just that...I wish people would know that I'm not only black...that black isn't the only part of me. I love both sides of my family, and I wish people would see that. I think some people just assume that because I'm darker than a white person that I'm black. It annoys the crap outta me. I just wanna know if anyone else has felt this way to. NO NASTY COMMENTS PLEASE.

I may be wrong? I apologise in advance for its length. I also apologise for the use of the left and right facing svastika's in my name also. They are used on religious grounds, both left and right facing being used long before the Federal Republic of Germany ever existed.
The piece that needs reading through and checked -
According to Nazi occultists, they believed the Aryan race came from the mythical land known as Hyperborea-Thule, in this myth it states that when ice destroyed the land, its people migrated South. Back in the 1600's, a theologists identified the Hyperboreans, the people of Hyperborea-Thule to be Atlanteans from the mythical place of Atlantis. According to legend Hyperborea split into the islands of Thule and Ultima Thule, which some people now identify with the islands of Iceland and Greenland.
Now onto "Vril" - In Buddhist teachings their is a place called Shambalah, in western Buddhist this is taught as a spiritual place (Similar to that of heaven), but in Tibetan beliefs it is taught as a physical place that exists on this Earth, or as I should say - IN this Earth. According to Tibetan beliefs, Shambalah is a legendary kingdom in the centre of the Earth with multiple cities such as Agartha. In the 17th Century, a British astronomer Sir Edmund Halley suggested that the Earth may be hollow at the centre. Then in the 19th century, Edward Bulwer-Lytton wrote a piece on the hollow Earth theory, he claimed a superior race known only as the Vril-ya - lived beneath the Earth and one day planned to conquer the world with vril, a psychokinetic energy. From then onwards, the idea of vril was linked to the people of Thule, and many occultists believed the Thuleans ARE the vril-ya people living underground, who will one day harness the power of vril and become "supermen" like rulers of the world.
In the 19th Century, a German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche emphasised the concept of a "superman" race, and then began his work entitled Der Antichrist (The Antichrist), with the line "Let us see ourselves for what we are. We are Hyperboreans. We know well enough how we are living off that track." Nietzsche never mentioned vril, but in his published collection entitled "The Will to Power", he emphasised the role of an internal force for "superhuman development". He wrote that "the herd," referring to common people, must strive for security for within itself through creating morality and rules, whereas the "supermen" have an internal vital force that drives them to go beyond the herd (the common person), and that force necessitates and drives them to lie to the herd in order to remain independent and free from the "herd mentality".
These beliefs where then adopted by the Thule Society in 1910, a society founded by Felix Niedner. Then in 1918 Rudolf Freiherr von Sebottendorf established its branch in Munich. Sebottendorf had previously lived in Istanbul for several years where in 1910, he had formed a secret society that combined esoteric Sufism and Freemasonry. It believed in the creed of the assassins, deriving from the Nazari sect of Ismaili Islam, which had flourished during the Crusades. While in Istanbul, Sebottendorf was also familiar with the pan-Turanian movement of the Young Turks, starting in 1908, which was largely behind the Armenian genocide of 1915-16. Turkey and Germany were allies during the First World War. Back in Germany however, Sebottendorf became a member of the Germanen Order "Order of Teutons" founded in 1912 as a right-wing society with a secret anti-Semetic Lodge. Through these channels, assassinations, genocide and anti-Semetism b ecame parts of the Thule Society's creed. In 1918, Anti-Communism was then added after the Bavarian Communist Revolution, when the Munich Thule Society became the centre of the counterrevolutionary movement.
In 1919, the Thule Society then gave birth to the German Workers Party. Later in the year of 1919, Dietrich Eckart, a member of the inner circle of the Thule Society initiated Hitler into the society and began to train him in its methods for harnessing vril to create a race of "Aryan supermen". Hitler had been mystic-minded from his youth, when he had studied the Occult and Theosophy in Vienna. Later, Hitler dedicated Mein Kampf to Eckart. In 1920 Hitler became the head of the German Workers Party now renamed the National Socialist German Worker "Nazi" Party.
@"You Think You Know Me" - Svastika is the direct sanskrit translation. Sanskrit has no W and the direct translation of the word is "There is value". "There is meaning" - as a symbol and word, it affirms the positive values in life.

I am English and I am very interested in learning languages and have just got my GCSE results for French and German, I was wondering though, whether to lecture French at an English university, one of the requirements was to be French? Or whether English universities would employ somebody who is English, but had studied enough in the French language to be just at good as a native? I'm just worried, because this is what I want to do.
Thank you :D I feel much happier about it now! I never thought about the racial discrimination bit :L :) .

Well I have been seeing this guy for almost 2 years. We are really mad about each other and have even talked about marriage and kids. My mum has always had a problem with him because he is a really quiet guy and doesn't like going out all the time (not with her at least) we are both still in uni and living with our parents so we try and see each other as much as we can. My mum is a real character and well treats me like crap. Don't get me wrong she does tons for me and I love her, she is my mum. But he is always having a cry because he hates the way my mum treats me. He is always telling me to move in with him but i can't for 3 reasons. 1 I owe my mum money and at the moment i am paying her off and if I move out she will make me pay the full amount, which I don't have otherwise she will keep all my stuff, 2 I have a little dachshund and he has a German Shepard, my dog is a house dog and is use to sleeping in the house and he's dad won't allow him to sleep in the house and he is terrified of the German Shepard, i can't do that to him and thirdly he still lives with he's parents, I try and explain it to him but he can't see it my way... this weekend we went away with my mum and little brother and we were driving and there were people in the way so my brother leaned on the hooter (he is 11 BTW) and my bf said to him "grow up" and my brother told him to "shut up" which my bf replied "show some respect". My mum was not happy as my little brother is the golden child and can't do anything wrong, he even gets away with calling her a Bitch or telling her to f__k off and she doesn't do anything. Now my mum likes him even less and he refuses to come over to my house anymore. I don't know what to do, I know "if your mum treats you like shit" move out but its really not that simple. My mum is a very difficult person and will do anything and everything to make my life a living hell if I move out...can anyone please give me some good advice?
BTW I'm 21 and my bf is 23.

Ok so I know that everybody asks these and it's stupid but whatever. I want to know if I'm getting my hopes up, which I think I am. So I'm a senior applying for a freshman spot at Caltech for the 2011 fall semester. Here are some stats:
GPA: 4.3, unweighted: 4.0
Class Rank: 2 of about 300
SAT/ACT (I know these suck but I'm retaking all of them): 2020/30 Math SAT-710, SAT2: Math 2-690, Chem-730
APs i've taken: (Hon. Chem-weighted as AP), AP Chem, AP Lang, AP US, AP Environmental Science (weighted as 2 APs), AP Calc BC, AP Lit, AP Microeconomics, AP Govenment
Other Science/Math classes: Biology, Engineering, REGULAR Physics (my school offers AP but it's independent study and only like 2 people take it, I'm afraid that is rly going to hurt my app)
Extracurriculars: I tutor in maths and sciences 6-8 hrs a week for 7 years and interned in a UC lab under a German food chemist and Spanish Chemical engineer for a whole summer. I've been to a few math/science camps over summer. Then generic extracurriculars: building houses abroad, soccer, basketball, community service like volunteering at soup kitchens, heavily involved in youth group, involved in organizing school events, jump started a tutoring business of my own as well as volunteer tutoring and help with college apps for underprivileged students
I am a white female so I hope that helps. I am interested in materials science, chemical engineering, or math. I am also going to have REALLY amazing teacher recommendations because I know my teachers and a super personal level. I am also hilarious, bubbly, crazy, and NOT some cookie cutter Asian calculator person so I am going to write some really great essays. I just want to know if I have a fighting chance. I don't want to waste time, hopes, or money. I obviously know that my test scores need to go up but do I really have a shot at this and did not taking AP Physics ruin my chances??
Thanks to whoever answers! It really helps me out! :)

My 3 and a half year old German Shepherd always wants to be in control I know that's normal its in their nature but she gets out of control sometimes really competitive. I am going to be purchasing a new puppy. And I have narrowed it down to 3. that seem to suit me and my personality the best.
I am an outdoorsy athletic healthy person. I love excersise and spending most of my time outside. I live on 6 acres all fenced and am looking for a new companion. My last dog of 15 years passed away a few months ago, and I am ready for a new friend. My last dog was a Border Collie and she was amazing exactly what I needed. But now I am looking for a change. The 3 breeds I have narrowed it down to that seem to fit with me best are
Jack Russell Terrior (Although I am not a fan of small dogs, this breed has a lot of spunk, energy, enthusiasm, and seems to be a big dog stuck in a small dogs body).
Golden Retriever (I love the regal elegant beauty of these dogs. And I love the fact they are a water dog. They are kind, compasionate and loving. And also very energetic and just want to please. I love that)
German Pointer ( These dogs are just energetic beyond explanation. Which is great. They can go go go for hours on end. and they are great trackers. which would be neat, since I have horses and would love to have my dog right along side)
Which of these three dogs would YOU suggest? Or do you like best?
Thank you

Hello! --
I'm writing a letter to someone in German and I just wanted to ask someone who speaks German fluently how you would translate this sentence:
"I had planned to do a little bit of travelling OF MY OWN." Something like "Ich hatte vor, ein Wenig Reisen zu machen".
That is to say the person you're talking to had mentioned that they're going to be travelling, and you want to acknowledge that in what you're saying.
A couple of other things:
1. How to translate "as you mentioned previously"
and,
2. How to translate "to repay". As in, "I hope to be able to repay your kindness".
Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
THANKS :)
Pytanie #50:
I think the last war for this statement would be World War Two, in which the Nazis had "God's will" written beside their swastikas. Hitler and the Nazis believed that they were instruments of God in cleaning up the world of the Jewish filth. They considered Jews to be the vermon of the Earth and were determined to kill all of the Jews. They succeeded in killing six million Jews, as well as over sixty million people.
Today, the Koran, or Quran is often cited as a resource for Islamic terrorists. We must not also forget that when World War Two ended, many Christian churches, including the Roman Catholic Church made major revisions of their Bibles and scriptures. Mel Gibson's "The Passion" was based upon teachings that came from a pre World War Two version of the bible and a dream of a nun.
There is a part in the New Testament in which Pilot warns the Jews not to crucify Jesus. Pilot fears that he doesn't want the blood of Christ on his hands, so he washed his hands of any judgement of Christ. The Jewish crowded said "then let his blood (Jesus) be on our hands and the hands of our children's children."
In the concentration camps, Jews were crucified on crosses of barbed wire. Passages from the New Testament were put on the crosses, in German and in Latin. Many Nazis believed that the symbol of the cross and the swastika were one and the same thing. Many German soldiers worn Iron crosses (Christian symbol) and the swastika together on their uniforms.
As the anniversary of 9/11/01 and Ramadan approaches, we should also look at the Bible and recall how many wars were fought with the intention of people who felt that they were doing God's will in reference to the Holy Bible.
During the Inquisition, non Christians (Jews and Muslims) were tortured and killed who refused to convert to Christianity.
In the Bible, God said "thou shalt not kill"
The German officers at Nuremberg said in their defense that they were merely following orders.
But like Hitler and many Nazis, they believed that they were instruments of God's will and proceeded to break God's commandment millions of times over.
How can a person believe that they are an instrument of God by killing another person?
The Nazis believed so. On 9/11/01, the terrorists believed so.
As we try to put the past behind us and deal with terrorists who cite the Quran as their source for killing and violence, I believe that the Bible and Jesus Christ have had many more victims killed in their names than Mohammed and the Quran.
We must also remind ourselves that while the terrorists claimed to be committing their acts for Allah in accordance with the Quran, there were many Muslims killed on 9/11/01 and not all Muslims are violent and anti Israel and anti American.
There are Christians who are white supremacists who also hate Israel, that hate Jews and that hate President Obama because he is black ( mixed race).
Who said "More Blood has been spilled in the name of Christ"?
And McCain said he was born in the US, but . . . same answer only one guy's white and the other's black
@I AM CATHOLIC- I disagree with you but your answer is interesting. There is a quote about "more blood has been spilled in the name of Christ than any other name." Dustin Hoffman said it playing a character in "Straw Dogs." He said it to the vicar in some English town. It is a famous quote. I want to know the source.
