Pytanie #1:
This year at my school, we were given the option to take French. [ Btw I live in Canada and I am in Grade Eight so it works a bit different than in the United States.] Last year from Grade 5 to 6, we had to take French and this year it was just an option since many parents voted that they didn't want their child to take Core French. So, I am deciding if I want to take Core French this year. I only know basic phases such as "How are you" or "My name is ____" and things along those lines. I would like to expand my French knowledge so I could take German in high school. I can't debate though, whether I want to or not.
Many of my friends aren't taking French and they say it's just a waste of time. Should I take French? The only reason I see why I should is because it might help me with German in the Future. Any other reason why I should take French? Serious answers only, thank you. :)
Pytanie #2:
Is this fair yes or no? A man had sex with a German woman that resulted in a daughter. The mother knows that since the man does not live in Australia, Canada and the United States she can’t get his wages garnished along with a travel ban/Passport block. The man also does not live in German? The man is informed that if he voluntary pays the mother 500 Euro in child support, he can see her two weeks a year. But if he does not voluntary pay, he does not get to see her.

Over the past 200 years, America has been hit by wave after wave of nativist sentiment. In the mid 1800s it was Irish Catholics. In the 1870s it was the Chinese. In the early 1900s, it was the Germans. And now its Latin Americans and Muslims.
So what are your opinions on nativism in the United States? Will we eventually run out of groups to turn against? Or is it just a natural human instinct to distrust the unfamiliar?
Please keep any blatantly offensive comments to yourself. Lets be civil.

Pytanie #15:
In the real world, pure evil (black) and pure good (white) usually don't exist. Instead, there are different shades of gray.
The classic example of this would be World War II. Certainly, Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia were both pure evil, as they were 2 of the worst dictatorships in world history. However, the United States and Britain were not purely good. These countries fought the war with armies of conscripts (that is, with people who are forced to be members of the military). Both the USA and Britain engaged in deliberate bombing of civilians, just as the Axis did. They aligned with Joseph Stalin's genocidal dictatorship to fight against Adolph Hitler's genocidal dictatorship. World War II actually ended with the United States twice nuking Japanese cities. These are the only 2 nuclear weapon attacks in history.
World War I was a war of gray against gray. That war began when a Serbian terrorist murdered the heir to the Austrian throne. During that war, both sides used poison gas on the other side. Germany invaded the neutral country of Belgium in order to invade France faster and engaged in submarine warfare that violated the accepted rules of war. On the homefront in the United States, the federal government committed the worst violations of freedom of speech and other fundamental rights in its history, even arresting the makers of a movie about the American Revolution. The Entente Powers won the war with a starvation blockade of Germany, which eventually caused the Germans to surrender on the condition of a fair peace treaty, a promise that was broken by the vengeful Treaty of Versailles.
I am well aware that the history books have been written by the winners and therefore inevitably tell us that the right side won and the wrong side lost, but isn't that view of our past a simplistic and childish one?

I'm 20 years old male. When I came to United States from Russia my first name was translated to German and people constantly made fun of my name and were confused why my first name is German. Thus, after 6 years (when I got my citizenship), I changed my name to Herman which is correct translation of my real name from the country I came from. However, people still make fun of this name because Her in Russian is a bad word which means a "dick". I don't know what to do. Is Herman a really bad name? I mostly have all Russian friends. Any advice and suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.

BERLIN — German authorities say they have closed a Hamburg mosque used by the Sept. 11 attackers as a meeting place before they moved to the United States.
A statement by Hamburg officials says the Taiba mosque was shut down and its cultural association was banned on Monday.
The prayer house, formerly known as al-Quds mosque, used to be a meeting and recruiting point for some of the Sept. 11 attackers.
Weekly news magazine Focus cites a report by a local intelligence agency branch in saying the mosque has again become the city's "main center of attraction for the jihad scene." It says some members who belonged to the Taiba group and prayed at the mosque have moved on to a radical training camp in Uzbekistan.
Officials could not immediately be reached for comment.

Pytanie #19:
Hello,
My wife and I have been in an ongoing relationship since we were very young (December 2003), and for a long time it was long-distance as she is German and I am American.
We visited each other over the years, but when she visited me in May 2008 we decided to have a courthouse marriage because we were sick of being apart. I was 20 at the time and she was 18. It was admittedly rash, but we were young and in love - we still are.
Anyway - please stay with me a bit longer - she did not leave the USA and we immediately tried pursuing ways of making her a legal resident. We filled out visa applications, had medical exams done, thinking on the advice of many that we were following proper procedure. But I lost my job and we moved to Germany in December 2008 because I was offered a job as an English teacher.
Now we are moving back to the United States and going through the visa application process, and by and by I came upon this about the 90-day waiver violation. Will this be a problem, though it was violated unknowingly? Nothing was said to us about it when we left and went through customs. Thank you. Any references would be helpful, as well as any possible solutions.
Michael

It was rash, badly planned, and incorrect advice was adhered to. In some instances, our bad planning could even be considered stupid. You pointing that out now is useless.
It was two years ago. We live in Germany now, and we have for almost two years. My problem now is applying for a visa to go to the USA for her. But according to the first answer, which brought great relief, it should not be that much of a problem.

What happened to the ancestral language of the Germanic peoples? What happened to the language they had before they switched it to the ARmenian ARyan (Indo-European) dialect from which ancient Germanic languages evolved?
Language is acquired, the earliest and most important teachers being the persons among whom the individual grows up when a child, not necessarily the parents in every case.
Owing to migrations, to altered environment, to contacts with strange peoples, the ancestral language may be forgotten, and a foreign language acquired, while the native pigmentation of hair,
eyes, skin, the form of the nose, etc., are not lost. Any races may, without in any way changing their racial character, change their language and, vice versa, the most different races may appear in
succession in a certain region, each supplanting the other, and each receiving its language from its predecessors.
The Irish have abandoned their Celtic language in the course of the last few centuries, without noticeably changing their "race". If language were a race trait, the Negroes of the United States would have to be counted as Anglo-Saxons, and many Negroes and Indians of
Central and South America as Latins.
Language and technology are transmitted by contact between cultures and viceversa, the apostles (Jews) taught Christianity to the pagans as the Armenians taught their language (Indo-European) to the people living in North, Central and Western Europe, just the Basques still speaking a non-Indo-European language but now they all speak an Indo-European language (Spanish).
So, the people living in those regions are neither natives speakers of Indo-European nor native believers of Christianity. They learned both, the language and the technology from the Armenians, the religion from the Jews.
Same case with Arabs spreading their religion and language throughout the Middle East, North Africa, Iberia and even Indonesia.
This is the proof that ALL Indo-European languages come from ARmenian and that ARmenian are the real and original ARyans (Indo-Europeans).
The so-called 'Jewish nose', prominent among modern Jews, Syrians, and Arabs is evidence of transfusion of Armenid (Hurrian) genes into the Semitic races. In Europe the Armenid type was omnipotent among the Celtic colonists of Britain and Ireland, and the Etruscans of Italy. The Anglo Saxons, the Swiss, the Scandinavians, the French
The painted priestly heads and surviving mummies of the pharaohs and their queens indicate that for generations Egyptian royalty belonged to the hawk nosed Armenids
A strong, hooked nose was a sign of leadership among the Romans whose many prominent men possessed such members. Then there are the beak nosed fairy tale witches, possessors of supernatural and magical powers, who can fly, brew medicine, and have power over life and death. This veneration of the high bridged nose has come down to our present days and has materialized in the symbol of the United States the Uncle Sam -- who is adorned with a prominent Armenid nose.
In ARmenia, there is an older Stonehenge, called Karahunj, Karahunj is 3, 500 years older than England’s Stonehenge and 3, 000 years older than the Egyptian pyramids Stone” in Armenian is “kar” and “henge” (a word which is absent in English) is the same “hunj” (voice, sound, echo in Armenian).
The name of ARmenia is connected with the Indo-European root AR- meaning light, sun, fire found in ARARat (Mount), ARyan, ARta etc and related to IRan.
In ARmenia is the final resting place of Noah's Ark (Mount ARARat), to this very day, Mount ARArat is sacred to the Armenians.
BTW, this awesome video is wrong because Germans, Scandibnavians are NOT Aryans (Indo-Europeans)

Yes, there are no records of what language they spoke before adopted the Indo-European language they speak now.
They are speaking a language that doesn't belong to them, they took Christianity from the Jews and the language and knowledge from the ARmenians.
This reminds me of The Planet of the Apes, where the apes stole human civilization and gave it to themselves.
Those bastards wanted to rob everything from my ancestrial history & culture and give it to themselves..their Racial and Culture theives..

Is it fair that a German women who has a child in a one night stand, can not get child support from the German father if she is not willing to give him any visitation rights, yes or no? This is because it is very difficult for child support to be enforced any man do not pay if they can not see there children almost every single day.
Is it fair that this woman can only get the fathers wages garnisheed for not paying child support, if he lives in Australia, Canada, or the United States, and at the same time, she can prevent the father from seeing her child out of spite? Lawyers say that if the father lives in any other country there is no point on filing for child support, because wages cannot be garnished there if he does not pay voluntary.

Pytanie #31:
Did Germany Do The Right Thing By Shutting Down This Mosque ?
BERLIN -- A small Hamburg mosque once frequented by Sept. 11 attackers was shut down and searched Monday because German authorities believed the prayer house was again being used as a meeting point for Islamic radicals.
The Taiba mosque was closed and the cultural association that runs it was banned, officials in the northern German city of Hamburg said.
"We have closed the mosque because it was a recruiting and meeting point for Islamic radicals who wanted to participate in so-called jihad or holy war," said Frank Reschreiter, a spokesman for the Hamburg state interior ministry.
He said 20 police officers were searching the building and had confiscated material, including several computers. He said he had no information about any arrests. The homes of leading members of the cultural association were also searched and the group's assets were confiscated, Hamburg's state government said in a statement.
The prayer house, until two years ago known as the al-Quds mosque, was a meeting and recruiting point years ago for some of the Sept. 11 attackers before they moved to the United States, authorities say. Sept. 11 ringleader Mohamed Atta as well as attackers Marwan al-Shehhi and Ziad Jarrah had studied in Hamburg and frequented the al-Quds mosque.
Reschreiter said the mosque had been under observation by local intelligence officers for "quite a long time" and this was the first time it had been closed. The local interior ministry said about 45 supporters of jihad live in the Hamburg area and around 200 people regularly attend Friday prayers at the Taiba mosque.
The group's home page on the Web had been taken down by Monday and it was not possible to reach any members directly.
A 2009 report by the Hamburg branch of Germany's domestic intelligence agency said the mosque had again become the "center of attraction for the jihad scene" in the northern port city.
The current imam is Mamoun Darkazanli, who was questioned following the 2001 attacks after it emerged that he moved in some of the same circles as the hijackers. Darkazanli, a dual citizen of Germany and Syria, denied any links to Osama bin Laden or the attacks.
In October 2004, he was arrested in Hamburg on a Spanish warrant accusing him of involvement with al-Qaida and alleging that he was a bin Laden financier.
His extradition was blocked by Germany's high court and he was eventually released. In 2006, German prosecutors closed their own investigation of him, saying there was insufficient evidence to show that Darkazanli supported al-Qaida.
"He is a hate preacher," the head of the Hamburg anti-terror department, Lothar Bergmann, said at a news conference, the German news agency DAPD reported. Manfred Murck, the deputy head of the domestic intelligence agency's local branch, called him an "elder statesman of jihad."
The Hamburg interior ministry said a group of 11 militants who had traveled to military training camps in Uzbekistan in March 2009 was formed at Taiba mosque.
It said Monday that "the training courses, sermons and seminars by the association as well texts published on the group's home page not only violate the constitution but also radicalize listeners and readers."
Most of the group's members were either German converts, of Middle Eastern origin or from the Caucasus region.
"A very important factor for the radicalization of the group members was certainly their joint visits to the mosque," the intelligence report stated.
It appears that one man from the group joined the Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan, a terrorist organization in Central Asia, the report said.

I live in Canada and I already speak french and english.
I want to be dedicated to learning a 3rd language.
I originally picked Hebrew, because I wanted something with a different aleph-bet, but I gave up on it because I was worried it wouldn't have enough real-world application. only 7 million people speak hebrew and the majority of those live in israel, if I don't plan on visiting or moving should I bother learning it?
So should I stick with hebrew, or pick a different language. if so which language?
BTW: My nationalities are 3/6 Irish, 2/6, German, 1/6 Scottish
ANd, I do plan on moving to the united states when I am older but Spanish is similar to french and I was trying to stay awayf rom that

I remember my father often telling me that I may also have or be able to easily obtain German citizenship even though I was born in the United States.
Here are the facts.
My father was born in Germany in 1923 and both his parents were born there also. He came over to the United States at the age of 8 with his parents to live here prior Hitler gaining power. My father was never a naturalized US citizenship having never applied. He was drafted into World War two and served in the Pacific for 4 years. Some years after getting out he married my mother who was born here in the states. At the time of my birth in 1959 he still never applied for US citizenship. After he passed away a few years ago, my mother showed me the documents he had. His original birth certificate and boarding papers for the ship which were all from Germany. He did have military discharge papers also. She said he never applied for citizenship here his entire life. My question is how would this affect me in anyway? I know I am of German descent, but isn’t that it or is there more to it? I just wanted to find out if anyone here had a similar situation and possibly has more knowledge in this area that clear this up for me.

How many million people in America are LIVING OFF Iraq's money (oil)?
50% of all economically active population (both legals and illegals, Anglos, blacks, etc), the other 50% are being paid of ARmenian inventions
Language and technology are transmitted by contact between cultures and viceversa, the apostles (jews) taught Christianity to the pagans as the Armenians taught their language (Indo-European) to the people living in North, Central and Western Europe, just the Basques still speaking a non-Indo-European language but now they all speak a Indo-European language (spanish)
It is of great significance to note that Ptolemy’s map of "Geography of Asia Minor", 140 A D lists five cities in Armenia, which have their counterparts in Mayan Central America: i.e., Chol/Cholula, Colua/Coluacan, Zuivana/Zuivon, Choilima/Colima, and Zalissa/Xalisco!
In ARmenia, ther is an older Stonehenge, called Karahunj, Karahunj is 3, 500 years older than England’s Stonehenge and 3, 000 years older than the Egyptian pyramids
Stone” in Armenian is “kar” and “henge” (a word which is absent in English) is the same “hunj” (voice, sound, echo in Armenian).

And DO NOT tell me civilization was created by the mron Henry Ford super genius and other Nordic thieves
If you follow there insanity its quite simple really, the German Supremacist and Nordic theorist put themselves as the creators of all civilizations. The Aryan's in their day, were the Germanic's,they were the Supreme Race or the ten very popular Aryan Race. This Thule society preeched Pan-Germanicism under the guise using Aryan Race.
The Aryan's were the Hyperboreans(from the Ice Paradise of Thule) the great Nordic race that came out've the North Pole, there refuge from their crash landing from Mars. After the last Ice Age they came out to form the Atlanteans...Atlantis ,their utopia, sunk via natural disaster so they spread out across Europe giving rise to the Romans, the Greeks, the Persians, the Egyptians the Mesopotamian even reaching East Asia in places of China and India and Tibet. The Indo-European languages term wasn't even created yet, at that time it was called Indo-Germanic. But once their great Mediterranean and Asian empires began to receive inferior racial/genetic input from the Mediterranean and Alpine races(usually seen as Semitic) their Blond Hyperborean Nordic Empires became to crumble & fall..so the few Nordic's left fled back to Scandinavia their re-energizer source to wait for the time to come back down . So everything of Classical and Historical worth from the Mediterranean or Asian creation did in fact belong to the pre-historical Germanic-Nordic Aryan,so the Germans were simply retaking their own creations and former lands.
I don't find it healthy nor sane to be taking seriously early 20th century Pan-Germanic/Nazi-Nordic racist lunacy in any way shape or form. Those bastards wanted to rob everything from my ancestrial history & culture and give it to themselves..their Racial and Culture theives..
The name of ARmenia is connected with the Indo-European root AR- meaning light, sun, fire found in ARARat (Mount), ARyan, ARta etc and related to IRan
In ARmenia is the final resting place of Noah's Ark (Mount ARARat)

I thought that it was the only way for a society to succeed via diversity and multiculturalism yet:
1. Former Yugoslavia.
2. India (hardly a fine situation there with tensions between Hindus and Muslims)
3. Pakistan (horrible mistreatment of the Christian minority by many in the Muslim majority)
4. Viet Nam (treatment of Montagnard people)
5. Laos (treatment of Hmong people)
6. China (treatment of Tibetans)
7. Iran (treatment of Baha'i practitioners)
8. Turkey (Kurdish separatism)
9. Iraq (Sunni vs. Shia, persecution of Kurds)
10. Sudan (Christians vs. Muslims)
11. South Africa (rapidly escalating violent crime rate, several no-go areas in Johannesburg)
12. Egypt (tension between Muslims and Copts)
13. Israel (Muslims vs. Jews)
14. Northern Ireland (Catholic Republicans vs. Protestant Loyalists)
15. Canada (Quebec separatists)
16. Fiji (attacks on the Indian minority)
17. Former Soviet Union (Chechens)
18. Latvia (tension between ethnic Russians and Latvians)
19. Britain (violence in immigrant neighbourhoods and hostility towards fundamentalist Muslims by the Whites)
20. France (racial tension between French and Muslims)
21. Nigeria (tension between Northern Muslims and Southern Christians)
22. Uganda (terrible tension leading to expulsion of Indian minority)
OK, Switzerland is an exception as they have Italian, French, German and Romansch speakers living together in harmony, but for the most part, multiculturalism has been a desperate failure as people discover that some cultures are not very nice towards women, gays, atheists, etc. Look at successful Japan (homogenous), Finland (homogenous), Republic of Ireland (homogenous), South Korea (homogenous), Norway (homogenous)...and the list goes on. The only way for an ethnically, racially diverse society to succeed is through ASSIMILATION. For example, Australia has various ethnicities but the country is united by an Australian identity: the use of the English language, the promotion of a common culture ----cricket, Aussie Rules' football, etc. Same thing with America ---it's best when people assimilate and leave behind things like burqas, funeral pyres, genital mutilation, union of church and state, stoning of adulterers...multiculturalism is anti assimilation. There is nothing wrong with being proud of your heritage or being knowledgeable about it ---that is common among many Americans, particularly the Irish and the Italians but they know that they are Americans and that Irish and Italian laws and customs do not apply here, this is another society.
Yes, immigration and if you had bothered to read my entire post you would have noticed that I referred to an ethnically/racially pluralistic society but I also mentioned that when people came here they did not bring all the baggage of the old country with them. Multiculturalism teaches us not to be a melting pot, but to hold on to the way of life in the country we have immigrated from ----innocuous little reminders of other societies are fine, but when you bring values that are contrary to freedom, you are going to ruin a society. I do not respect cultures where adulterers are stoned to death nor where women have to be covered or there is no separation of church and state, where nine-year olds can be married legally....I feel no shame in calling those cultures inferior. In fact, I strongly believe that the culture of prosperous, free Finland is superior to that of repressive Saudi Arabia where human rights are disregarded. Anyone moving to Finland should follow the Finnish way.
Or how about I import to the West people who believe that gays are not human, that women should have no rights, that adulterers should be stoned to death, that church and state must be united ----after all, it's just their culture and all cultures are equal, eh?

I am Mexican, I'll get that out right now. However, no one has ever guessed I am Mexican. I have literally gotten: "OMG! You're Mexican, I thought you were -----------!" (German, Albanian, Lithuanian, Polish, Scottish, Italian [I am a little Italian], Russian.) The media portrays Mexicans a certain way, and people have become to think all Mexicans look this way. Mexicans come in all colors. My family has only been living in the United States for one generation, and we have only been identified as Mexican by people of our own nationality (sometimes they think we don't know Spanish, or are white, but that's a different story). I'm very curious to see what white people or Americans think of appearance-wise when they think of Mexicans.
My family:
My father has pale skin, black hair, brown eyes
My mother has blonde hair that has darkened over the years into light brown, honey brown eyes, warm light skintone
Me: Light brown hair, Brown eyes, Same skintone as my mom's, light, warm tone
My sis: Dark brown hair, Brown eyes, more tan skintone, gets tan easily, freckles
My bro: Dark blonde hair, five different colors in his eyes: green, yellow, hazel, light brown (I love my bro's eyes =D) Pale skintone with freckles.
Does this not sound like a Mexican family? All the children in my family are different I'm lighter, my sister is tan, and my bro is pale-ish. I'm confused, awkward things have happened because of me not looking like my ethnicity:
If you want to read awkard stories, read on ( you don't have to):
Once, my family was at church, and a Polish man walks up to us and starts speaking Polish, we told him we didn't speak Polish, but he didn't seem to understand, I think he was mad because he thought we were ignoring him, but I really couldn't understand what he was saying.
When I was in sixth grade, a group of girls found out I was Mexican and were in shock because they thought I was Albanian...?
My brother said that in his class, a random boy came up to him and asked " Hi! Are you German?"
I went to my friend's quinceanera and the Mexican photographer thought we were white and spoke to us in English, when he was talking to the obvious Mexicans in Spanish...?
Every once in a while a person finds out I'm Mexican and makes a big deal about it, it happens all the time.
I'm sure that if these people saw the people living in my parents' city they would be surprised at how many "German, Polish, Russian, etc." people live there.
All I want to say is Mexicans come in all colors, don't stereotype us. I'm very proud of my race and have always been.
But, the million dollar question is:
When you think of the appearance of a Mexican, what do you think of? I need to figure this out..
and don't take this question the wrong way.
Thanks for all the awesome answers, guys, I thought I would have had a hateful answer by now....=D
Oh, I just want to clarify, I'm not mad or upset, just annoyed...

A Hizbullah activist Mustafa Badr Aldin is responsible for the assassination of a former Lebanese Prime Minister. This is the conclusion of the investigation done by the International Commission on the assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Hariri. Hariri, who was known for opposing Syrian interference in Lebanon, was assassinated on February 15, 2005 when explosives were detonated as his motorcade drove past the St. George Hotel in Beirut. 22 additional people were killed as a result of the explosion.
Aldin who is suspected of being behind the assassination is also the brother in-law of Hizbullah commander Imad Mughniyeh who was killed in 2008 in a car-bomb attack in Damascus, while reportedly in the midst of planning major terrorist attacks in moderate Arab countries. Aldin’s name has been mentioned as a candidate to replace Mughniyeh as Hezbollah's chief operations officer.
Aldin, who is also known by the name "Elias Sa'ab", commanded the failed attempt to assassinate Kuwait's ruler in 1985.
Hizbullah head Hassan Nasrallah addressed this and blamed the United States and Israel, saying the expected indictments were part of a Zionist and American plot to push their Middle East agenda. He suggested that Israel was in fact behind the assassination and said of the tribunal that looked into the Hariri killing: “As long as it didn't focus on Israeli involvement, it's not an honest tribunal.”
Hizbullah has several times denied that it is behind the Hariri assassination. Last year, following an article in the German news weekly Der Spiegel that charged Hizbullah with being behind the assassination, Hizbullah called the report an Israeli-American conspiracy "aimed at sowing discord between [Lebanon's] Sunnis and Shi'ites."
Thursday’s report on Channel 1 added that current Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri (Rafik's son) is pressuring the Special Tribunal for Lebanon not to publish Aldin’s identity as a prime suspect in his father’s killing due to his government's ties with Hizbullah, which is currently a part of Lebanon’s coalition government.
And there are still idiots in Lebanon who honestly believe that Hezbollah is their protector and Israel is their enemy. Really, whom the God wants to punish – He makes brainless.

Pytanie #48:
First, Japan and China has been at war since the 1930's, so why is that considered a part of WW2 later and not the start of WW2? Why the German invasion of Poland?
Second, by "definition" shouldn't WW2 have started when the United States got involved, since that made it a two ocean war?
Being of Chinese descent I find it very offensive that the extent to which China has suffered under Japan has been ignored in the Western World, Unlike the Holocaust.

Hitler didn't only put Jews to death but homosexuals, Jehovah Witnesses, Christians, Gypsies, Russian, mentally handicap and other undesirables to death.
That doesn't include what his SS did from France to Russia.
He started off in the beer halls of German and no company set him up.
So has Oliver Stone lost it or can anyone defend what Hitler did to me?
Here is the quote what is troubling:
"The Jewish domination of the media," responded Stone. "There's a major lobby in the United States. They are hard workers. They stay on top of every comment, the most powerful lobby in Washington. Israel has f***** up United States foreign policy for years."
Isn't Oliver Stone much like Hitler to blame the Jews for the economy?
